Delete your FitApp account
You can permanently delete your FitApp account and associated workout data. Account deletion is irreversible. After deletion, the same email can be used to register a new account, but previous data will not be restored.
Delete in the app (recommended)
Signed in on mobile or web:
- Open FitApp and sign in.
- Go to Settings (profile / gear).
- Scroll to Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
On the web app, open https://fitappweb.com, sign in, then use Settings → Delete Account.
What is deleted
When you complete in-app deletion, we remove your account and associated personal data from our systems, including workout history, settings, and profile information, within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except where we must retain limited information for legal or security reasons. Subscriptions (Apple / Google)
Deleting your FitApp account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in your device’s subscription settings to stop future charges. See our Refund Policy.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account with the subject line Account deletion request. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
